Barn
I have done many projects for this customer. She contacted me to demo this barn and I gently refused. I suggested that we do some restoration to the exterior instead of demolishing; she agreed. As the project progressed, it grew. Once the outside was clad in cypress and stained, she decided to make the upstairs a guest quarters. With Rus Venable of Massimo & Chatelain, Inc’s creative ideas, the inside of the barn grew into a home with a view anyone would love to have. It is absolutely magnificent! Please see for yourself.

Kitchen Renovation
This long time customer asked me to redesign their kitchen to better fit their lifestyle. They gave me the keys to their house, went to Disney World for a vacation and asked If I could have it finished by the time they got back. We didn’t get that far, but got the bulk of the messy work over with. The old vent a hood was an eyesore, but functional. When we found the “dream” vent a hood it came with a “dream” price tag. We came up with a creative solution that made everyone involved happy. I made a new vent a hood to mimic the budget busting copper one we saw. It has all the functions of the real copper ones, except the price tag. Unless you are with in inches, you can’t tell it’s not copper. It’s fabulous!
Residential Remodel
This remodel included an exterior tune-up, and major work inside. the inside work included, Gutting a 1950‘s kitchen and bath, new window, energy upgrades, Insulation, new flooring and high efficiency heating and air conditioning.
